1. Scope

The Bomb Sweeper (the “App”) is a puzzle game by Ashwani Gupta for iPhone and iPad. It includes Classic Minesweeper, Expedition, Mineplacer, Chesssweeper, Puzzle Chambers, and related progress features. This website provides information about the App. By using the App or website, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Your App Store download and purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and the app license presented by Apple. Apple provides the App Store, StoreKit, and Game Center; Ashwani Gupta is responsible for the App and its content.

2. Free content and full unlock

The App is free to start and offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable Full Game Unlock. The current free content includes Novice and Easy Classic and Mineplacer, bot matches against Pip and Mira, the first eight Chesssweeper puzzles, and Puzzle Chambers I–VIII. The unlock opens the remaining current difficulties, bots, and puzzles shown in the App. The App displays the price in your region before purchase.

Apple processes purchases, refunds, and restoration. You can use the App’s Restore Purchases option to check for an existing entitlement. Availability may depend on your Apple account, device, region, and store service. For billing or refund requests, use Apple Support.

3. Use of the App and website

You may use the App for personal, lawful entertainment and this website for information about the App. Do not interfere with either service, bypass purchase verification, use the website to send abusive automated traffic, or infringe others’ rights. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Content and ownership

The App, website, game artwork, text, and original software are owned by or licensed to Ashwani Gupta. You receive a limited right to use the App under the applicable App Store license; ownership of the App and its content is not transferred to you. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

5. Apple services and local progress

Game Center achievements and the Full Game Unlock use Apple services and may require an internet connection or Apple sign-in. Local scores, play records, and other device data can be lost if you delete the App, change devices, or lose a backup. Score history is not currently synced through Game Center. 6. Availability and changes

We may update the App or website, including content, compatibility, and features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device or in every region. Purchases you make remain subject to the entitlement and consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the App and website are provided without a guarantee that they will be error-free or continuously available. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the App or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Updates to these terms and contact
